Gym routines, fear, anxiety. They don't exactly tie together, but let's talk about it all! Nobody wants to talk about fear and anxiety. Human nature is to avoid them at all cost. It can prey on us at every level. God offers us freedom, but it can still be difficult to choose the peace He gives us. Fortunately, in His endless mercy, He offers this peace day after day, never leaving our side.

Where is God? We got the answer from a 4 year old. His answer was complete Biblical truth. But, he can't even read yet. How could he know? Fortunately for us, God didn't make this answer super complex. It can be answered simply in a single word from a child. Everywhere.
"Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast." - Psalm 139:7-12
